Made for the Dream Jam in one week, we only had one programmer and academic obligations to juggle in the middle of this project. The most disappointing dropped concept (due to scope) were the other ways to boost your score; namely, by putting up graffiti tags and painting the town! Sadly, this was the best we can do in the spirit of Jet Set Radio for a game jam.
